Hickory Hill- Trash Cleanup

Registration is required so we can communicate in case of any necessary changes.

Join ALT on the banks of Big Sewickley Creek for a riparian zone cleanup in partnership with Civil and Environmental Consultants and Big Sewickley Creek Watershed Association! In preparation for upcoming restoration work to improve water quality, we will join together to get our feet wet and hands dirty to clean up trash and debris that has washed ashore during high-water events, as well as removing invasive plants growing along the creek.

Tools and gloves will be provided. Participants must wear long pants and close-toed shoes. Waders, muck boots, or other waterproof footwear are recommended. Light snacks and water will be provided; please bring a reusable water bottle.
