Join ALT and Bird Lab for a workshop in our Sustainability at Home Series! Nick Liadis of Bird Lab will be discussing the components of a bird-friendly yard. Central to this discussion is the crucial role of native plants in providing habitat for local bird populations. The session will delve into the intricate interdependence between native plant species and avian biodiversity. Participants will gain insights into practical strategies for creating thriving, eco-friendly environments that support the diverse needs of birds, fostering a harmonious coexistence between human dwellings and the natural world.
Participants will receive $100 worth of materials for creating a bird friendly yard. One set of materials per ticket purchased. Children under 18 do not require a ticket and will not receive the materials. You must attend the entire workshop to receive the provided materials.
No walk ins will be permitted.
