Help ALT with Spring Cleaning!
Join Allegheny Land Trust for a morning of litter cleanup at Churchill Valley Greenway. We'll be walking the trails, creek, and roadside boundaries to remove all the trash we can find before the greenway springs back to life. Now is the time to clean up the litter before it's hidden by foliage! Bring your waterproof boots if you have them to join the creek cleanup crew.
- Rain or shine, but ALT will cancel in case of thunderstorms.
- Dress for muddy conditions and wear close toed shoes. Long pants and sleeves are recommended to avoid poison ivy or ticks.
- Bring your own gloves (extra gloves and masks are available).
- ALT provides all tools and extra water. Please bring a reusable water bottle.
- No Bathrooms on site.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Park and meet in the large parking lot (where the country club building once stood).
